In the time before time, there was only the Aether, an endless silence pierced by a single, eternal pulse known as the First Song. From that rhythm rose Aethraelis, a realm not born, but woven—its skies stitched from starlight, its roots steeped in ancient memory.

The Songweavers, divine forces of creation, carved the lands with sound and soul. From their harmonies, the primal elements took form—each one birthing its own children: creatures of legend and power.

They were Sentients of Flame and Mist, Guardians of Sky and Earth, Whisperers of Shadow and Storm—each imbued with a fragment of the First Song.

Emberborn

Forged in flame and tempered by ash, the Emberborn are the living heartbeat of Aethraelis’ molten realms. They are are both destroyers and protectors—deciding with each breath whether their blaze will consume or illuminate.

Tidebound

From the silent sapphire citadels of the deep to the frostbitten cliffs of the northern seas, the Tidebound command the ebb and flow of Aethraelis’ waters. Legends say the Tidebound speak in the language of waves, each crest and crash carrying prophecies from the heart of the abyss.

Starborn

The Starborn walk between worlds, their wings brushing the edges of night and dream. They are the navigators of the skies, guiding travelers by starlight while guarding the hidden gates between realms.

Verdantkin

Rooted in the primeval forests and blooming in the heart of wild jungles, the Verdantkin are living echoes of the earth’s oldest dreams. Some are gentle as spring rain, coaxing life from barren soil; others are wrathful as a storm, defending their groves with thorn and vine.

Nocturnal

Shadows made flesh, the Nocturnal prowl where moonlight fears to linger, their forms ever-shifting in the mists between worlds. They are illusionists and hunters, weaving darkness like silk, vanishing into it before their prey can breathe.
